Follow the rubles! George Santos isn’t only a world-class liar on par with the massive liar Donald Trump, he’s also an espionage threat. (As was/is Trump)
George Santos has lied about more things than anyone can keep track of. He has said he’s Jewish and his family fled from the Nazis, all of which is a lie. He’s from a poor family from Brazil, FFS. His mother didn’t die on 9/11 as he claimed; she probably died in 2016, as he also claimed. He said he worked for major financial companies that never heard of him until recently. He said he graduated from a prestigious university, which never happened. He’s a particularly sloppy liar. Even worse, Santos is probably some kind of Trojan Horse. He’s funded by Russians and is probably a tool of both Putin and Trump. Do Republicans care? No, because we have seen they will do anything to win elections. Santos is being set up to facilitate Trump’s 2024 run for Dictator.
Despite all his lies and threats to our democracy, Santos will probably be seated in Congress, because Kevin McCarthy wants his vote for Speaker of the House, so as usual Kevin is willing to overlook all kinds of criminality to further his own political ambitions.
Somehow, Santos thinks genocide and wars of aggression are a good thing if the country being illegally invaded does not meet his standards of “democracy”.
Santos Roots for Putin

It was not the first time Devolder-Santos had parroted Kremlin talking points. In the weeks before Putin’s brutal, blundering attack upon his western neighbor, the candidate repeatedly took to Twitter to accuse President Joe Biden of plotting to “start a war” with Russia and deploy American troops to Ukraine. – Daily Beast
And we have the national security threat.
A longtime Pentagon official warned Wednesday that Rep.-elect George Santos (R-Nassau) poses an unprecedented challenge to national security given his recent admitted lying about his background, mysterious finances and potential access to government secrets after he takes office in January.
“Every congressman has eligibility for access to classified information and that terrifies security professionals, because they haven’t been really reviewed for it,” Dan Meyer, now the managing director of the law firm Tully Rinckey’s Washington DC office, told The Post. “We don’t know whether they’re a potential espionage threat.”
Reporting by The Post and other media outlets has highlighted how Santos — who has copped to lying about much of his background — somehow made millions with a company he claims leveraged his contacts to sell used luxury items like yachts for six-figure fees.
As suggested by this twitter thread, Santos has not only Russian funding but an odorous association to Trump and Mar-A-Lago visits.

It’s so obvious George Santos is a threat to the United States. He should not be seated in Congress.
Former FBI agent Peter Strzok said that “Santos also received at least $2690 from Len Blavatnik, a close associate of [billionaire oligarch Viktor] Vekselberg.”
Vekselberg’s cousin and money manager, Andrew Intrater, funneled money to Santos too, the Daily Beast reported last month.
For some reason, Republicans love to visit Moscow and visit Putin. More and more this is being seen as a threat to our government and our democracy, as it should. And George Santos, like a lot of ethics-free Republicans, are on the side of Putin in Putin’s illegal war of aggression/genocide against Ukraine.
Santos cannot be a US Congressman. He has to be replaced before he can do any damage. His New York Congressional district needs a new election ASAP!
